In Kind Donations
Written credit will be given on all
items which you have donated, at exhibits when appropriate and on our
website.
Photo Processing
We have
amazing photographers that take beautiful photographs of Heart Gallery
children. We have a need for photo printing services. Photos need to be
printed in various sizes.
Printing of Promotional
Materials
Whether we need invitations, banners or letterhead we
are always looking for donations of printed materials.
Venues
We have a need for Lane County venues that would
like to display the Heart Gallery Portrait Exhibit. We are looking for
faith based organizations to open doors and hearts for us so that we may
use their facilities to display our exhibits.
Rental of tables, chairs, linens, etc.
Every November
we put on our annual opening event that celebrates National Adoption month
and gives us a chance to showcase the Heart Gallery in a different way.
Last year we had over 300 people attend the event. Any equipment donations
or loans would be greatly appreciated.
Flowers
Every November we put on our annual opening event that
celebrates National Adoption Month. We would love to have flowers to help
decorate the venue.
Advertising
We would
appreciate your expertise or donation of a service. We are looking for
videographers and creative minds to help us come up with marketing ideas.
Volunteering
Whether you can commit five
hours a week or five hours a year we would love to have your help to
continue to make the Lane County Heart Gallery the success it has become.

WE ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR FAMILIES TO PARTICIPATE IN OUR
FAMILY BUILDERS PROGRAM. FAMILIES THAT HAVE BEEN THROUGH THE ADOPTION
PROCESS WITH CHILDREN'S SERVICES WILL BE MATCHED WITH FAMILIES JUST
BEGINNING. THEY WILL BE THAT KNOWLEDGEABLE EAR AND SOFT SHOULDER TO LEAN
ON DURING THE PROCESS AND AFTER PLACEMENT. IF YOU ARE INTERESTED PLEASE

non-profits survive. Grants could help fund equipment purchases, provide
clothing for the Inside/Out program and much more.

Some families need assistance so that
their children can have a wonderful holiday. Some just need assistance
with Christmas presents, but some need much more. Heart Gallery helps find
sponsors for foster families. The sky is the limit on what your
imagination can do to make the Heart Gallery Christmas a success

General Help
If you feel you want to help, but do not
feel like you have the time to do any of the jobs listed above, we can
always use your talent and smiling face! Any amount of time that you spend
helps children find loving homes and continued support. We have many
events that will be better with you there.
