2012 Princess Event Registration Page


Step by step directions for registering, payment and confirmation.

If you have already registered and would like to just ask a question please email to linzy@afamilyforeverychild.org . If you have difficulties with this form, please just print this form out and fax it back to A Family For Every Child at 541-343-2866.
1 Pick a session. Your time will be assigned within one of these sessions in 15 minute intervals (to minimize wait time).

1st Session 10am to 11:30am
2nd Session 11:30am to 1:00pm
3rd Session 1:00pm to 2:30pm
4th Session 2:30pm to 4:00pm
5th Session 4:00pm to 5:30pm

You will receive your ticket, with assigned time, two to three weeks prior to the event. During the last two weeks, registrants should pickup their tickets at the event. Due to high volume of registrations, Princesses that sign up need to be available to take any slot. Large groups (and perhaps small ones) may not be able to be together. 1 READ CAREFULLY BELOW. We suggest you:
  1. Print out the registration form before you submit it (it has a map, below).
  2. Note the time of your event (one of the 5 sessions must be selected).
  3. Have the Princess wear shorts and a tee-shirt under her clothing.*
  4. Bring a bag (with her name on it) to carry her regular clothing.**

*We strongly suggest that all girls wear shorts and a tee-shirt under their "regular" clothing when they arrive to the event, so that a gown may be placed over these garments, and her regular clothes removed, if she chooses.

**If she chooses to remove her other clothing, be sure to bring a bag with the child's name on it for the clothing removed since there are NO dressing rooms for this event.

A confirmation of your purchase and registation will be sent to your e-mail within 24 hours. Your ticket will arrive two to three weeks prior to the event.
