Taylor Family

We are praying for an individual child or a sibling group of up to 3 between the ages of 1-11. We are open to any race in the child/children. We will absolutely allow and encourage them to stay connected to family and previous foster families that are positive influences in their lives.

A Little About Us

Our names are Nikki and Jeremy Taylor, we have been married for 12 years. We have one daughter Her name is Emma and he/she is 9 years old. She is sassy, intuitive, stubborn at times, brave beyond measure and so excited to become a sister! She is currently in the third grade. She was diagnosed with a Mitochondrial Disorder at age 3 and has overcome many obstacles with such perseverance. She loves to play with her dolls dressing them up and playing school with them. She also enjoys spending lots of time with her cousins taking golf cart rides and playing on her playground in the back yard. She also loves music. I (Nikki)work full-time as an Assistant Director of the Access department at our local hospital, and have been there for almost 12 years. I love to bake, plan family gatherings and parties and take pictures to capture our memories. I love nothing more than having my toes in the sand at the beach somewhere especially with my family by my side. My husband (Jeremy) works full-time as as a Warehouse Supervisor and has been with the company for over 15 years. He loves to build things (like our kitchen table, Emma's play house and swing set and most recently bunk beds for her baby dolls), he likes to hunt, fish, golf occasionally and really anything that keeps him busy and outside. As a family we make it a priority to eat dinner together as a family every night and talk about everyone's day. We often take golf cart rides around our property and to the pond to feed the fish. We love to have family over anytime and take vacations a few times throughout the year. We have a big rocking chair front porch and love to spend time out there together.

Home Is Where The Heart Is!

Our home is in Georgia on over 200 acres of family owned land. We built our house a few years ago, it is a ranch style home with lots of room to play outside and roam. We do not live in a neighborhood but my parents house is next to ours with in walking distance and my brother, his wife and children are just a little further down the road. We have good schools in our community and are also open to private schools if that suits our children better.

Being a Parent ROCKS!

Being parents of a daughter with a medical issue we have seen first hand the strength, determination, will power, endurance and love a child has - we have also witnessed what loving, supporting and encouraging a child can do for them. We absolutely love being parents, our road in parenting has been challenging and faced with many twisty turns and speed bumps along the way but through them all as a family we have grown stronger, closer and learned to enjoy every moment life gives you. We are more then ready to add more challenges, fun, and memory making opportunities the The Taylor Crew.

The Taylor Team

We are surrounded by great family and friends. Our Family is so important to us, and we are so blessed to be surrounded by so much love and support, after all they say it takes a village (good thing we have one!). My parents live next door (just across the pasture) and are very active in our lives. Jeremy's family lives only a few miles away and are also a big part of our lives. We have a great church community and several close friends that are excited to see our family grow.

Growing Our Family

We are so looking forward to watching our family grow through adoption. We know the road will not be smooth, in life it never is but we are committed and have a more than amazing support group of family and friends to welcome and help us along this journey!
