Joelle and I are both 44 years old, and have been married for 23 years. We have two boys, Gunnar (15) and Connor (10). I enlisted in the Air Force in 1989, and am now a Lieutenant Colonel. My wife is a certified elementary school teacher, and works as a Para-Pro as well as substitute teacher for a local elementary school. Gunnar is in the 8th Grade and does well in school. His extracurricular activities include Tae Kwon Do, where he's a black belt, Tennis, and Civil Air Patrol. Connor is in the 5th Grade and also does well in school. His extracurricular activities are Tae Kwon Do, where he's working towards a black belt, Guitar, and student council. We are a very active family and enjoy doing things together, such as hiking, going to movies, or short trips in the local area. We also like hanging out at home, where we can watch TV or a movie, or play games. We also like to visit our family in Florida and Wisconsin whenever we can.
Preference Description
A girl ages 7-13, or sibling group ages 7-15. An active girl, with interests similar to our family. However, we'd be willing to support her unique extracurricular activities. Also, someone who would be able to adjust to our military lifestyle.
