Family Description

We would like to adopt a child who is less than 3 years old. We are open to a boy or a sibling group of boys. We feel we can accommodate a sibling group of up to 2 kids. Our home and hearts are open to have another child join our family. We are a christian family, we love attending church together. We love to cook as a family and every night we spend time at the dinner table reflecting on all that we have to be thankful for and all of our blessings. We love our family time together. We often go swimming, camping, boating, fishing and seeing new places. Our 2 children are ages 5,and 7. We are self employed allowing us to be flexible. We are all involved in activities at our church. We live in an area where there are lots of horse riding, 4H opportunities, fishing, swimming, boating, and riding 4 wheelers. Our daughters are excited and hopeful to have another sibling. We live in the State of Washington. Our home is a single family home. We live in a Suburban neighborhood. We are good friends with our neighbors. We have one friendly/lazy dog. He is a Bassett hound. Reading, playing outside, fishing, camping, boating, going to parks, hiking, taking walks, bicycling, going to movies, roller Skating, recreation department, and 4H The Schools are excellent. Church, womens and mens bible study as well as youth group. I practically raised my 2 younger brothers when I was 14 to 18 years old. Taking care of them made me responsible at a young age, one of my brothers has always had a speech impairment, and another has ADHD. I also took care of/babysat my twin nieces from their ages of 4 months to 2 years. I have babysat for friends from the age of 18 until presently. My husband and I have 2 daughters birth, and have fostered children, currently have twin 14 month olds placed in our care temporarily. We have a large support between our Church family, family and friends they will support us and our family and new children. We have been through the adoption process of a Nephew in the family, adopted by extended family and look forward to our journey of adopting a child into our family. We are very committed to our family. Family is extremely important to us and we will always advocate for our children, birth, foster and adopted. They will always be treated the same, with love, patience and understanding. There are challenges in all families, we will get through anything thrown in our way.
