Family Description
We are hoping for a boy between 2 to 8 years old. We would welcome a mildly special needs child. Our child can be multi racial. White-Caucasian, Hispanic, Hawaiian or Alaskan. We live a healthy active lifestyle. We are Catholic but would appreciate and respect the childs relgionous beliefs even if not our own. It is the belief that is the important part of one's life.
We enjoy the four seasons in Chicago. During the warm summer months boating is a big part of our lives and of course that includes a lot all swimming either in Lake Michigan or local pools. During colder months we enjoy biking and watching movies at home with Friday night being pizza night. We also attend alot of family partys all year long. I have one sister and Chuck has 2 sisters and 2 brothers. We have alot of nieces and nephews and are very close to our familys Chuck plays a musical instrument (piano). We do most activities together because have similar interest. Our child if interested will be offered musical lessons or any activity they show abilities in. I currently work full-time but have very flexible schedule. Chuck works full-time also for Wil Research company as a chemist . We both work very close to home therefore travel is minimal and I am home early afternoon everyday.
Preference Description
Children that have minimal special needs and have not had difficulty in previous placements.
