Amy enjoys horseback riding, swimming and going to the park. She also likes trips to the mall, movies, crafts and art. Amy is in the 8th grade and does well academically. She enjoys helping other students when she finishes her work early.

Amy is eager to be adopted and accepted into a forever family she can call her own. A great adoptive family for Amy could be a single mom, or two parents, that can provide the devotion and safety that she requires. Amy would thrive in a home with a small number of much older children.

Her adoptive family would need to be willing to maintain contact with Amy's bio family as part of a healthy transition. Amy would continue to benefit greatly with parents who provide stability, security, and the attention needed to encourage her. Attending counseling with Amy would also be advantageous to both her and her forever family.
