He is an active and handsome child who's physical and mental limitations are daily reminders of both his ongoing struggles as well as his past victories. Phillip enjoys the simple things in life. He enjoys toys that provide auditory and tactile stimulation. Phillip also likes toys that are bright in color and make various types of noises. One of his favorite things to do in his past time is looking out window and watching the outdoors. Phillip needs a family that possesses both patience and understanding in order for him to reach his full potential.
