Nykia takes pride in her appearance and likes to have her hair done. Nykia presents herself as a quiet and shy youth, but once engaged, she is talkative and expressive. Nykia likes most foods, but reports that her favorite food is any type of potatoes.

Nykia does well in school. Nykia receives tutoring in Math and Science. One of her teachers comments that 'Nykia has a creative mind.' Nykia states that she 'really enjoys writing.'

Nykia is placed in the Children's Division care. Nykia has two older siblings who are not in care. We are recruiting a home for her to be adopted by herself but to remain in contact with her older siblings. Nykia is interested in a single or two parent home and is open to moving out of state.
