NEW JERSEY CHILD
Hardworking, personable and polite, Michael has a friendly smile that can light up a room. He likes playing football and soccer. Michael is very bright and enjoys learning, although difficulties in following classroom rules sometimes impedes his performance.
Michael currently lives in a therapeutic foster home, where he benefits greatly from the structured environment and the individual attention he receives. He is trying hard to improve his concentration and control his impulsiveness. In addition, he struggles with emotional issues that are compounded by the uncertainly resulting from temporary placements.
Michael yearns for a forever family with whom he can feel safe and secure and that will give him the attention he craves. He would flourish with a patient, loving family that will understand his special needs and will remain steadfast in their commitment during rocky as well as smooth times. If possible, he should be the youngest child in the family.
