NEW JERSEY CHILD NJ174 Amanda is funny outgoing young woman. She can be very silly and talkative at times. She enjoys playing cards, roller skating, swimming and of course shopping. She also likes to relax and talk on the telephone with her best friends. Amanda is very active in her church and school. Amanda has a beautiful singing voice and warms the hearts of the parishioners as she sings for them in the church choir. Amanda is also an active member of the prayer team in her church. Her heart goes out to though church members that need prayer to strengthen them in difficult times and she vocalized her support as she prays over the needy. Amanda enjoys participating in the school track and field program. She has taken up throwing the javelin, disc and also running at times. During the school day Amanda does well in her high school academics. She enjoys Math and her cosmetology classes. This young lady definitely has goal she plans to accomplish after high school as she is currently trying to decide if she wants to go to trade school to be a cosmetologist or to college to become a registered nurse. Amanda reports that she enjoys other children her own age in the home environment but she would prefer being an only child. Amanda’s favorite foods are pizza, grilled cheese, fried chicken and any type of fast foods. Amanda is also in contact with her adult siblings and would need to remain in communication with them. Amanda reports that she wants to be adopted by a loving family that can be supportive of her interests. Amanda would be an asset to any family as she is very fun and a caring person. In order for Amanda to meet the goals she has set for her the support of a loving family would be essential to her success.
