Bend Support Group hosted by Autism Society of Oregon

  • Description: Meets the 4th Tuesday of every month from 6pm-7:30pm at Abilitree 2525 NE Twin Knolls Dr. in Bend. This is a great way to benefit from emotional connection and support in an understanding and welcoming environment and to share or listen to useful information, advice, tips, and an emotional boost from others in similar situations.

Saturday Sibling Group

  • Description: Meets the first Saturday of each month during the school year from 10am-11:30am at Hamer Counseling and Consultation Services 15 NW Park Place, Suite 110 in Bend. Brothers and sisters, ages 5-18, who have a sibling experiencing diverse needs are encouraged to come hang out together! This is a time for siblings to share experiences, enjoy fun activities, as well as learn self-care techniques and advocacy strategies. There is a fee for this class which includes a snack and all materials.

Parents Helping Parents Family Support Group hosted by Oregon Family Support Network

  • Description: This group meets from 6pm-8pm at Westside Church at 2051 NW Shevlin Rd. in Bend and is for families of children with social, behavioral, or emotional issues, autism, or developmental disabilities to meet other families in a confidential and supportive setting. Dinner is provided and children’s programs are available on-site for ages 3 and up. Meets the 3rd Wednesday of the month
