This is a great skill building opportunity to grow these relationships as well as make a real difference in the life of foster, at-risk, and homeless youth in our community and foster youth nationwide.
Some of the tasks you perform include:
- Schedule, organize and table events across our community to share information about our multiple programs and how businesses, individuals and families can participate in our programs
- Coordinate all contacts with others in the office through appropriate and detailed tracking in our database as well as across multiple calendars, spreadsheets or other documents
- Utilize GSuites products such as spreadsheets, documents, calendars to plan, organize and promote our programs to the community in a variety of ways
What we need from you:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate with diverse populations
- Ability to effectively communicate information about our organizationās many programs
- Phone and computer skills
- Well organized with attention to detail
- Ability to complete tasks independently as well as part of a team
- Ability to meet deadlines
Commitment:
6-10 hours per week
3 month minimum
