Family Description

As a biracial family, we embody love, laughter, and patience. We are active, adventurous, cultured, and religious. We are a Christian couple, extremely solid in our values and financial status after 14 years of marriage and travel to over 50 countries. We understand children with diverse needs and are realistic, patient, and proactive. We greatly value multiculturalism and love to prepare foods from around the world, attend ethnic shows, and listen to global music. In fact, Kennan's first language is Spanish; he takes pride as a Dominican-American with Latin and African heritage. Stacy's 14 years as a former middle and high school English and Drama educator also trained her to deal with kids' and teens' emotional, social, creative, and cognitive needs. Stacy learned Japanese when she taught overseas for 5 years in Asia and has family members from Jewish, American Indian, and Filipino heritage. Our proudest moment was adopting our daughter in 2014. Now a toddler, she is ready to have a sibling! We also own two cats and can offer safety, fun, culture, education, and stability, as we live in a Blue Ribbon school district, within walking distance to parks, libraries, and an array of cultural venues. We love to watch sports, movies, cook, visit amusement parks, plan family outings and birthday celebrations, and experience life to the maximum! We are seeking a sibling pair of 2 or single child to complete our family. Please inquire about us and the World of Love that we can give!

As a biracial family, we embody love, laughter, and patience. We are active, adventurous, cultured, and religious. We are an active, fun couple, extremely solid in our values after 14 years of marriage and travel to over 50 countries. We want our toddler daughter to have a sibling. We've gone through the adoption process with her, and we are eager to extend our forever family!

We understand children with diverse and special needs; we are highly realistic, patient, and proactive. We are seeking a sibling group of 2, ages 0-10, or a single child. We are open to all races and cultures!

We greatly value multiculturalism and love to prepare foods from around the world, attend ethnic shows, dance, visit art museums and galleries, watch sports, hike, and hang out at parks. Kennan's first language is Spanish; he takes pride as a Dominican-American. Stacy's work in Asia for 5 years also honed her diverse style!

Now working from home to prepare for adoption, Stacy formerly worked for 14 years as a former middle and high school English and Drama educator in urban, high poverty schools. This experience also trained her to deal with kids' and teens' emotional, social, creative, and cognitive needs. Stacy learned Japanese when she taught overseas for and has family members from American Indian and Southeast Asian heritages.

Stacy and Kennan proudly own two spoiled cats and can offer safety, fun, culture, education, fun, and stability to a dynamic sibling duo. Our everyday activities are highly structured, planned, and involved mutual decision-making and compromises. We eat our meals as a family, attend church on Sundays, and never miss a single football, hockey, or baseball game to support our hometown teams!

City of Bridges: Culture, Nature, and Sports
