Our Host Home program connects unhoused youth and young adults (ages 11-24) in our community with short-term stays with local families in loving Host Homes.
Mentorship
Looking for a mentor? Or you can become one! Youth, young adults, and mentors work together to identify goals, build life skills, and have enriching experiences over a year-long partnership.
Case management provided.
