We had nearly 300 Princesses attend the event, and we truly could not have done it without our wonderful volunteers!
We were amazed and incredibly thankful for the dedication, energy, and hard work that every volunteer put into making the day run smoothly! From making sandwiches to curling hair, setting up the venue to helping the princesses find dresses, each and every volunteer made a tremendous impact, and helped make the day magical!
What an amazing day it was! It was our best year yet. 370 princesses walked down thered carpet this year, and spent the day dancing to their favorite Disney songs with their favorite Disney princesses.
We could not have done it without our amazing donors, volunteers, and princess. This event is only possible because of the amazing community we live in. We asked and YOU delivered! We had over
1200 dresses, 650 tiaras, 550 pairs of shoes, all of it donated by YOU! Local businesses donated all of the food provided at the event. We had 110+ volunteers who came out to make this day possible.
Every year we are blessed by the amazing people that work to transform our children into princesses!
You are invited to a ROYAL event for all the magnificent children in the land. Our Princess for a Day event provides a unique experience that will last a lifetime and creates unforgettable memories for foster
children and community children alike. During this event, our “princesses” experience a day of pampering fit for royalty. A fun-filled day of makeovers, a photo session, even a red carpet entrance into the
Princess Tea Party completes this memorable journey.
Foster children are granted free admission. General admission for non-foster princesses is $50.00 per child. ALL children are welcome! Advanced registration is required for all children. Each registered child
must be chaperoned by their King or Queen (parent/adult representative). Due to limited space, we can only accommodate one King or Queen per registered princess, so please leave all wicked step-sisters
and forest creatures at home.

On behalf of A Family for Every Child we would like to take this opportunity to invite you to partner with us for our 12th annual “Princess for a Day” event, supporting foster children in search of their forever
families. Princess for a Day is an opportunity for children to be treated like royalty; complete with makeovers, pampering, and a tea party. Over 250 children from across the state will join us for the festivities.
A Family for Every Child is a non–profit organization that began in 2006. Our goal is to develop programs that assist special needs/challenging-to-place foster children, in finding their own forever
families. This year, is our 11th “Princess for a Day” event! We believe that this year will be our best yet, and together we can further our goal of finding homes for every waiting child.
